Registration and Fees
What will happen to my registration fee?
Your registration fee will be automatically rolled over to the next year’s event, which is scheduled for October 29-31, 2025, at the Hyatt Regency Denver, Colorado. This allows you to maintain your commitment to participate in this important industry event without the need for a new payment.
Will I receive a refund for my registration?

What if I can’t attend the event next year?
If you are unable to attend the event next year, please contact us by November 30, 2024 to discuss your options, which may include transferring your registration to a colleague or deferring it to a future event.
